Return Conditions & Promotional Items
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are returning the item simply because you are not satisfied, we will pay for the return shipping.
- Full Order Return Required: If your purchase included a promotional item (e.g., "Buy 2, Get 1 Free") or a gift-with-purchase, all items, including the free/gift item, must be returned to receive a full refund for the paid items. Failure to return all associated items may result in a deduction equal to the full retail value of the missing item from your refund.
- Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply log in to your account, navigate to the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button next to the relevant order. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
