• Flat Rate: Orders under $79 are charged a flat rate of $8.99 for standard shipping.

All prices are final. PawVot covers all customs duties and sales taxes, so you will never pay extra taxes or hidden fees at checkout or delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link, allowing you to follow your package with a simple click and track its journey right to your door.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions & Promos

• Full Order Return Required: If your purchase included a promotional item (e.g., "Buy 2, Get 1 Free") or a gift-with-purchase, all items, including the free/gift item, must be returned to receive a full refund for the paid items. Failure to return all associated items may result in a deduction equal to the full retail value of the missing item from your refund.
• Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Customer Returns: For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. You should generally expect to receive your refund within 10-20 business days after giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:

• Transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days).
• Processing time at our facility (3-5 business days).
• Time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply log in to your account, navigate to the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button next to the relevant order. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
