We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Conditions & Promotional Items
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are returning the item simply because you are not satisfied, we will pay for the return shipping.
- Full Order Return Required: If your purchase included a promotional item (e.g., "Buy 2, Get 1 Free") or a gift-with-purchase, all items, including the free/gift item, must be returned to receive a full refund for the paid items. Failure to return all associated items may result in a deduction equal to the full retail value of the missing item from your refund.
- Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
