- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are returning the item simply because you are not satisfied, we will pay for the return shipping.

Failure to return all associated items may result in a deduction equal to the full retail value of the missing item from your refund.
- Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
